Product Update: Top-Down marketing budgeting, marketing dashboards

+ Top-Down Budget row: Adding a Top-Down Budget row highlights the row with a color (which matches your chosen header color). This allows you to easily see your Top-Down budget "bucket" under either a Campaign or even at the entire budget-level under the Grand Total row. This allows for both a Top-Down and Bottoms-up budgeting and planning process (or a combination of both).

Required Entry Workflow: Budget Administrators and Owners can now require that Editors input specific data at the row level, helping with data quality and workflow. Adminstrators and Owners can go to Edit Settings > Preferences and select the "Enable Workflow Entry" checkbox. Next, under Edit Settings > Columns, you can now select which Fields to add to Workflow and also make Required. Click on the "Include in Workflow" checkbox beside the desired Field, and if applicable, click on the "Required" checkbox. Now, when Editor users click on on the "+ Expense Item" (on the Budgets Tab), they will be asked to fill-in required information to add in the expense item.

For our Analytics beta customers: A new Dashboard layout for your reports was launched on the weekend. If you click on the Analytics Tab, you are now brought to the new Dashboard layout. Click on "+" to add a Dashboard, and click on "pencil icon" to add reports to your Dashboard. We would be happy to build some for you, send us a note via our contact form below.
