About the company:
We are a Vancouver-based SaaS company in the Marketing Automation market, with strong traction and momentum. We are looking for an experienced product leader who can jump-into an entrepreneurial workplace and help support our growing enterprise go-to-market requirements and participate as a member of the senior management team. Current clients include Senior Marketing professionals at small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies.
About the team:
We are technology professionals from the high-tech industry in Vancouver. We have been involved in high-tech companies large and small, including SAP/Crystal/Business Objects, Kelkoo-a Yahoo! Company, Creo/Kodak, and Salesforce.com.
About you:

About the role:
Lead product strategic planning and identify and prioritize development initiatives to support business goals; Manage the release and development process; Set short- and long-term team objectives and measure progress; In partnership with the company's founders and advisory board, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company's solutions; Direct development and execution of an enterprise-focused roadmap; Communicate the company's technology strategy to potential customers; Lead the development team.
About your knowledge and experience:
- 5 years experience managing and leading an enterprise web application.
- Hands-on experience with currently popular web application frameworks. Our environment: Adobe Flex, Java, JDO, Spring, and Eclipse
- Expertise with enterprise Web application integration, API, and workflow
- Expertise with information security vulnerabilities and risk management an asset
- Experience in the Marketing Automation/MRM market a plus, or ability to get there quickly
