About the company:
We are a Vancouver-based SaaS company in the Marketing Automation market, with strong traction and momentum. We are looking for an experienced product professional who can jump-into an entrepreneurial workplace and help support our growing enterprise go-to-market requirements. Current clients include Senior Marketing professionals at small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies.

About the team:
We are technology professionals from the high-tech industry in Vancouver. We have been involved in high-tech companies large and small, including SAP/Crystal/Business Objects, Kelkoo-a Yahoo! Company, Creo/Kodak, and Salesforce.com.

About the role:

• You will be part of a team of application developers
• You will drive core application requirements
• Co-workers include experienced Flex and Java developers, a key senior technical advisor, and two co-founders with expertise in front-end development/design, and sales & marketing
• Full-time position
• Working from our yaletown office

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java
• Experience in Adobe Flex beneficial
• Object-oriented development skills, particularly in Java and Flex
• Understanding of JDO, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Cairngorm, AMF technology, and basic CSS styling
• Comfortable with Eclipse IDE
• Thorough understanding of test methodology, test life cycle, bug life cycle
• Driven to build the best-of-the-best SaaS application with the highest standards of code as we are selling to large global businesses
• Ability to prioritize & work in a deadline-drive environment
• Great team & business communication skills
• Ability to address & prioritize both key business & technical requirements at the same time
• Loves SaaS as much as we do!
• Passionate about the product & the market opportunity
• Thrives in a start-up environment, where it's about getting great work done, in great timeframes, while having fun!
